the sentence is actually:

[a picture of] me and Owen at Hot Doug’s

or

Food Slayers (me and Owen) at Hot Doug’s

In either case (object or appositive), “me” would be the correct pronoun if Owen were not included.

Indeed. So many people don’t realize this (they think “so-and-so and I” is the correct syntax in every sentence)…Would you say “I at Hot Doug’s”? No, you’d say “Me at Hot Doug’s”. Therefore, me and Owen is correct ;)
